TransGathering is one of the most engaging, celebrated and welcoming Support and Social Groups here at QMUNITY. The group has a long history of providing support, services and connections to the Trans community in Vancouver.

After going on a hiatus late last year, we’re working together with two new co-facilitators to bring the group back in April 2017.

However, to ensure that the group is running with the support of the community, and that it’s well presenting of the trans community needs, we invite trans and non-binary identifying folks to join us for a roundtable to discuss the group’s needs, engage with its co-facilitators, and decide on the direction the group will take moving forward.

The roundtable is happening on the 23rd of March 2017, at 5pm, at Britannia Community Services Centre off of Commerical Drive in East Van. Anyone who identifies within the trans community of communities is welcomed and appreciated to join this meeting. Bring your friends and join us for this roundtable. We specifically would like to extend an invitation to the Trans-identifying Black, Indigenous and POC communities.

We look forward to seeing you there.
