Hanna, Q’s summer Pride Outreach Coordinator

We are thrilled to welcome Hanna to Q’s team this summer.

Hanna is a queer, cis, white settler who grew up in Vancouver and attended many QMUNITY GAB Youth Program events. She is now a student at the University of Victoria where she focuses on Sociology and Social Justice Studies, and is delighted to be spending her summer back in Vancouver at QMUNITY.

Hanna first became involved in the LGBTQ/2S community through her high school’s GSA and has found a welcoming home in it. Since then, she has been involved in a variety of social justice and anti-oppression projects as a volunteer. On the weekend, Hanna can probably be found swimming at one of Vancouver’s beaches, working her way through a thick novel, or baking yet another elaborate dessert.
