QMUNITY’s Annual General Meeting 2019

The AGM will be held on Thursday, June 13, at 7:00 PM.
Location: The Multimedia Room at the Roundhouse Community Centre (181 Roundhouse Mews). There is both street and underground parking available, and the Roundhouse is a brief walk from Roundhouse Skytrain Station on the Canada Line. Accessibility information about the venue will be circulated as soon as we can verify it.
We will provide light refreshments including non-alcoholic beverages. Transit passes will be available.
Check-in will open at 7:00. We anticipate that the meeting will be called to order at approximately 7:15. As there are no special resolutions to be discussed or voted on, the meeting will likely be quite brief.
The meeting is open to all interested parties, but only members in good standing are able to vote. Our bylaws do not permit voting by proxy.
