How can we foster and hold spaces that are safer for all participants to feel fully engaged and valued?

These guidelines are by no means exhaustive, but can be helpful in establishing meetings, focus groups and workshops that are productive, efficient and most importantly, safer for everyone involved.  We encourage you to use this resource as a starting point, and to check-in with those in attendance to see what else they need from others in the room to feel like they can participate.
